Light Bridge
The light bridge welded by steel plate can not only improve the rigidity, but also lighten the weight to guarantee stablility during high speed running. Compact design of Z axis with aluminum protective cover can shorten the space, and greatly reduce Z axis weight.
Hydraulic Lifting system
Shuttle table is controlled by hydraulic lifting composed of four groups of cylinders synchronously moving up and down in vertical direction, which can save worktable exchanging time to improve working efficiency. The extremely output force supplied by four groups of cylinder installed on hydraulic worktable is 2.5 times as traditional mechanical worktable, which can lift up to 20,000kg metals at one time. It’s suitable choice to unload thick metal sheet for high power laser cutting machine.
Fire brick and Copper supports
Adopting copper supports of worktable and fire brick covered on cutting area , protects machine tool from damage caused by high power laser during long term running to improve machine lifetime.
